Event features social media seminar. The Dublin Chamber of Commerce and Upper Arlington Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to offer young professionals throughout central Ohio

a networking event on Jan. 26 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Mellow Mushroom, 6505 Dublin Center Dr. in Dublin. The evening will feature a communication expert, Billy Fischer, who will lead an advanced seminar on correctly using your social media accounts to get ahead in your career.

A director at Oxiem Interactive, Fischer will cover what you need to know beyond the same advice you've heard over and over in his presentation, Personal Branding and Social Media – Beyond the Basics."How you use your social media sites can help or hurt your career," states Jennifer Jakse, Chief Operating Officer of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. "At this event, you will walk away with the information that you really need to know as a working professional and ways to take advantage of the changes coming to social media sites within the next year."
