About the Awards
Every year the Upper Arlington Area Chamber recognizes member businesses for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the community at an awards ceremony at our annual Chamber Community Celebration which will be held on March 2, 2012. There will be seven awards presented in the following categories:

Eligibility
Nominees must be a member of the Upper Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce. Awards are based on information relevant to the conclusion of the businesses' most recent fiscal year prior to September 1, 2011.
Application Submission Deadline
Applications for consideration must be received by the Upper Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce by Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at 5 p.m. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

JUDGING PROCESS
- After reviewing all applications, an evaluation team will choose three finalists in each category to continue on in the competition.
- The winner in each of the seven categories will be announced at the Chamber's annual community celebration event on March 2, 2012.
